Can I cancel?
Yes — manage everything from Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro until then.
Refund policy?
Subscription: cancel anytime, no refunds for partial periods. Per-crawl unlocks: refundable within 24h if you haven't used the feature.
Why do payments happen on the web?
Apple and Google take 30% on in-app purchases. Doing payments on the web keeps prices honest and the unlock margins viable.
Can I sell tickets to my crawls?
Soon. Hosts charge $5–50, we take 15% to cover Stripe processing + dispute handling. Bank payouts via Stripe Connect.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your crawls and friends are unaffected. Free-tier retention applies going forward — chat older than 7 days and photos older than 14 days will be cleaned up. Existing data older than that is grandfathered.
